Having a change in direction after a twenty-five year career with Flintshire County Council, Jeff equipped himself with the skills and knowledge to write professionally prepared inventories and property management reports. We feel it is important to prepare an impartial inventory and check-out report, independent to our periodic property inspections. Using the same software throughout the property management process, Jeff prepares inventories, legionnaires risk assessments and check-out reports in compliance with the standards and codes of practice on which our business is licensed.
