Shelley joins Northwood with 12 years’ experience in all aspects of property lettings, this includes HMO, student lets and block management. Previous to this she has been a waitress in a tearoom and managed an equestrian livery yard.
Problem solving is her forte, she likes the satisfaction of a completed job and a happy customer. She will be your first port of call for all maintenance issues and enquiry’s.
Shelley’s passion is her ponies, she owns a Welsh pony stud and enjoys having foals born each year, they have won at all the major shows in the country including the Royal Welsh. Shelley also volunteers as secretary for the Midland area Association of the Welsh Pony & Cob Society, this keeps her busy in her spare time organising and running the annual 3 shows, glamour ball and AGM. Her days off usually get filled by visiting a National Trust or English Heritage property, both of which she holds annual memberships for.
