A big part of my role is conducting regular property visits for all our rental properties. These visits help our landlords see that their property is being well maintained and I can often spot preventative maintenance issues, such as bath seals that need replacing to prevent a future leak. Tenants often want the opportunity to point out issues that are more easily explained at the property so these regular visits work well for everyone.
