The UK has four main Credit Reference Agencies – Experian, Equifax, TransUnion and Crediva. CreditLadder is the only way that rent payments can be reported to all four.
It’s important to have the best credit position with all four agencies, which is why we recommend report rent to Experian, Equifax, TransUnion and Crediva. By reporting to all four, all bases are covered!
Northwood has teamed up with CreditLadder and all tenants in our Managed properties automatically are registered with CreditLadder and have their rent payments tracked and reported to the Credit Reference Agencies. There is no cost to our tenants for this service.
