British Gas HomeCare Complete

Unexpected maintenance is a constant worry for landlords.  Leaking taps, cracked drains, burnt fuses and sockets, boilers acting up; all issues that we can’t prevent and will happen at some point.

For our Managed and Guaranteed Rent landlords we have teamed up with British Gas to offer their Homecare Complete for landlords.  This service handles the regular Gas Safety and boiler service for your property, and maintenance cover for heating, hot water, plumbing, drains and home electrics. Tenants are able to call British Gas directly and make appointments at any time. Our policy has no excess, so landlords don’t have to worry about surprise bills.
