I am a first time landlord and an accidental one at that. I never planned to rent a property and was overwhelmed with everything. A friend recommended getting a letting agent and a Google search of that overwhelmed me further (so many and different options). I reached out to Northwood and a few others. She broke things down and took all the hassle out of it. Where my situation didn’t quite fit the usual mould, it was bespoked and tailored to my circumstances. The team are super friendly.
