Initial Property Situation
Northwood Estate Agents in St Albans had initially secured buyers for the house in Inkerman Rd, AL1 and the process had largely run smoothly, but frustratingly at the last minute just before Exchange the buyers’ circumstances changed and they had to pull out.
Naturally, the vendors were very concerned not only because the sale had fallen through but because the property was empty having had rental income coming in previously. This would now put them under significant financial strain. The issue was clear – a new buyer would need to be sought and fast!
