Emma has worked for Northwood as a Property Maintenance Manager for over 6 years. Emma works closely with landlords and tenants and ensures a smooth operation attending to repairs in a timely manner. She also carries out property inspections and supports the negotiators where necessary in making sure any maintenance is carried out prior to a new move in. Emma carries out her role with diligence and always deals with the regular difficulties her role can provide, and has developed fantastic relationships with all of our clients, contractors and tenants. In her free time, Emma enjoys spending time with her family and walking her dog in the New Forest.
