Accidental and malicious damage cover included as standard, subject to a policy excess of £350

Loss of rent cover up to a maximum period of 36 months, following a major damage claim such as fire, flood, storms etc.

Theft of landlord’s contents without signs of violent or forcible entry/exit, subject to contents cover being included. This is up to a maximum limit of £2,500 and subject to £100 policy excess.

For customers using the Northwood Guaranteed Rent service the policy recognises Northwood as a tenant with a third-party occupier.
