Ginny OttonSenior Property Manager

Ginny joined Northwood at the beginning of 2023 as a trainee property manager. A large part of Ginny’s role includes project managing and overseeing larger maintenance jobs and refurbishment. She prides herself on her ability to problem solve and spring into action as soon as necessary to ensure any unfortunate situations can be resolved quickly and be made as stress free as possible for both Landlords and tenants.  . She also manages over 140 properties within Andover, Amesbury and the surrounding areas. Within this she manages the end of tenancy process, management inspections and maintenance on these properties. Ginny strives to build a repour with both Landlords and Tenants to ensure all parties are satisfied with the service we are providing. In her spare time Ginny enjoys socialising with friends and family.
