In an Emergency
Initial Procedures to keep you safe and prevent further damage:
- Smell Gas – Turn your gas off at the meter by turning the valve and call Cadent 0800 111 999.
- Boiler Breakdown – Turn off the boiler, send us an email and await further instructions from a professional tradesman. Allow 24 hours for us to arrange a tradesman.
- Electrical fire –Turn all switches to the off position at your consumer unit if it is safe to do so. In case of fire call the Fire Brigade. Email us and someone will be in touch within 24 hours.
