If you have a maintenance issue during your tenancy, please report via our Fixflo maintenance system, adding as much information as you can.
This service is a 24/7 and you will be prompted with emergency contact details should you need to report an urgent issue outside office hours.
This will be sent directly to our Property Manager who will advise on the next steps.
Please note, issues are graded with the most urgent issues being priorities. All maintenance issues will be dealt with within a suitable reasonable time frame.
