“My love for property began when I worked managing a building that provided serviced apartments in my hometown of Newcastle. After moving to Leeds I worked for a city centre letting agent but felt I wanted to work somewhere more customer focused. Northwood met my values perfectly and I can now provide the levels of service I am passionate about providing. My role is to manage all aspects of a tenancy, liaising with both landlords and tenants ensuring properties are clean, safe & complaint to the latest rules, ready to move into whilst ensuring we get the best possible rent for the landlord.”
