This is a genuinely lovely property situated on a quiet cul-de-sac with four similar properties. Its incredibly peaceful with no traffic noise. The current Owner has a distinctive decorative style with wooden, cottage-style doors installed and all rooms featuring attractive wooden trim around the walls. It has a very characterful feel. The kitchen is superb, modern, light and airy, with plenty of space for a dining table and chairs. I really like the how the patio doors open into the Sun Room which in turn opens out to the rear patio. This is a very pleasant space, particularly on warm Spring days. The garden is lovely and perfect for sitting, dining or entertaining. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, with the master bedroom en-suite. Along with the family bathroom and downstairs WC, a busy family can easily get by readying for the day. What I also enjoy is the proximity to the centre of Ross on Wye. Its about 1/2 mile or a nice, flat 10 minutes walk. The centre has river walks, some great cafes and restaurants, many pubs and, being a tourist haven, lots of antique stores and the like. The Owner has also advised new, super fast broadband is being installed.
