If you have a maintenance issue please consult the table within our Tenant Handbook to see if the issue is your responsibility or the Landlord’s.
If you need to report a maintenance issue please do so via the Fixflo system (if Northwood manage your maintenance) or contact the landlord directly if you were advised at your check in appointment that contact is to be made directly with them.
Your issue will be graded with the most urgent issues being a priority, and will be dealt with within a reasonable time scale.
