Emma has worked in estate agency, in Exeter since 2005, during this time she has spent most of her time concentrating on the lettings side of the industry. Over the years, she has developed a wealth of knowledge to make sure that landlords are protected and to make sure she keeps ahead of any changes in legislation relating to the property market. The rental market is forever changing, however, with properties now in such high demand, it is now more than ever, incredibly important to make sure the right tenant is matched with the right property and landlord. This is the key to a successful relationship.
When not in the office Emma can be found spending time with her family and two young children. Emma is involved in a number of community projects and local events, she can often be found volunteering at her local school, library and community hall. Emma loves a challenge and makes sure everything she does is as successful as it can be.
