This service is suitable for the landlords that have limited time to manage their property. Northwood students will manage the day to day running of your property from finding you the tenant to the day the tenant leaves the property.
- Market Appraisal of the property – this will be an opportunity to discuss the rental valuation and provide advice on presentation and safety
- Marketing the property- take details, photographs and online advertising
- Accompanied viewings with prospective tenants
- Organise tenant references & guarantors references
- Full inventory preparation including detailed photographs (additional charges apply)
- Prepare tenancy contract
- Collect deposit & first month’s rent
- Move tenant in and hand over keys & provide full instructions to tenant
- Transfer utilities into tenants name
- Handle all tenant enquiries
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Proactive maintenance department
- Monies will be forwarded to landlord with receipted invoice
- Check out of the tenants and arrange for return of deposit (additional charges apply)
