Soft Facilities Management

Management of soft FM contracts (cleaning, waste management, gardening). We ensure all contracts are reviewed annually to ensure our landlords and are receiving a quality service and their assets are being maintained appropriately.

Hard Facilities Management

Management of hard FM contracts for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and lifts. Ensuring these items are serviced and maintained correctly to extend the life of each asset and maximising its ROI. We will assist with a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Schedule to ensure equipment is in working order for as long as possible by regularly planning maintenance and checks, instead of waiting for equipment to fail.

Project Management

Our facilities management team can also take the lead on refurbishments and major installations. We will handle the entire process ensuring seamless execution and timely completion whilst minimising disruptions and daily operations.
