Initial Enquiry – At this stage we will look to understand your initial project idea, estimated budget, timescales, styles and wish lists.
Site Visit – We will visit the property to understand the feasibility of the project. Following this, a detailed quotation would be supplied for the proposed works.
Quotation Review – You will be supplied a detailed pricing schedule that will be broken down into each element of your project. This also allows us to collectively review costs and make sure it all aligns with your objectives. It also allows us to value engineer areas that may need to be worked on to meet the budget.
Quotation Acceptance – Once the quotation has been accepted you will be issued our terms of engagement and the payment schedule outlined. A works start date will be agreed and we will visit the property to take professional “before photos”.
Design and Planning – We will collaborate with architects, structural engineers and local authorities where required in order to obtain the necessary permits to conduct the works.
On Site Works Begin – Our contractors will begin working on the project (planning/ building warrant dependant). You will be updated weekly to be advised on progress. If there are any unforeseen changes that need to be made we will inform you immediately so we can maintain complete transparency throughout the project.
Completion – The project is now complete, we will invite you to the site to conduct a final walkthrough. Any snagging issues will be addressed and building warrants signed off by the council. Final payment will then be made and the handover will be completed. We will take professional “after photos” and you will be supplied with a file showing the fantastic transformation start to finish!
