Having worked in sales and marketing since 1989 Paul has gathered an immense amount of knowledge and experience relating to the service industry over the years. Paul spent his early career working for large corporations before setting up his own businesses, including Northwood Eastbourne in 2008, Northwood Hastings in 2012 and Northwood Brighton 2016. “My belief is, if we get customer service right the business will always follow. Given the rate of growth we have experienced at Northwood, I am confident customers can rely on us to deliver the level of service they expect in today’s demanding market”.
