Sophie is the friendly face to meet and greet all that visit Northwood Derby and she is always on hand to help our tenants and landlords with their queries. As part of her role as Property Manager, Sophie processes tenancy references, creates tenancy documentation and makes sure the required certification is in place for our clients properties before handing over the keys to the new tenants.
