Ruth rejoined the team in 2023 after previously working for the business in 2015. Ruth has taken on the role of Compliance Manager. With over 100+ pieces of legislation for Landlords now in place, Ruth ensures all our Properties are kept in line with current standards.
Ruth has 8 years lettings industry experience, over 25 years customer service and also holds the NFOPP Technical Award in Residential Property Letting and Management.
In her spare time Ruth plays netball and is an avid Derby County fan. She also a quiz team member and does like participating in the occasional board game
