When deciding which properties to view most potential buyers look to obtain as much information as instantly possible. To Let boards are still one of the most effective forms of marketing and, as such, they come as standard as part of all of our packages.
Pre Qualification Of Viewers
We want to ensure that the right people come and see your property. Our in house team qualify all applicants to ensure they are in a position to proceed.
Accompanied Viewings
Accompanied viewings come as standard in all our packages (with the exception of Intro Only) It is our passion to let homes and we believe that nobody does it better than us. But that’s not the only reason we advocate accompanied viewings. We believe that our good relationship with potential tenants means that they are more comfortable in telling us how they really feel about your property and this helps us overcome any objections they may have. In offering accompanied viewings we can also ensure that someone is always available to show your potential tenant around the house even if you’re busy. Weekly Marketing Updates
We don’t let you chase us for updates. Our team proactively contact you at least once a week to provide you with updates on viewings, feedback and much more.
