Helen has worked alongside husband Jim and daughter Katie in the day to day running of Northwood Chester since they opened the business in January 2002. Her previous background was in retail management and management training. Helen completed the BTEC Level 4 Professional Diploma in Residential Lettings & Management in 2011. This recognised industry qualification cemented perfectly HelenÂ’s wealth of practical knowledge, particularly when dealing with the numerous legal aspects that need to be considered when letting out properties. Helen ensures that she and the team keep right up to date with changes in legislation which may affect landlords and tenants.
