Contract Holder Charges for Occupation Contracts commencing after 1st September 2019

In addition to paying the rent, you may also be required to make the following payments permitted under the Renting Homes (Fees Etc.) (Wales) Act 2019.

Before the Occupation Contract starts (payable to Northwood Cardiff Ltd incorporating Morgans Residential Sale and Lettings ‘the Agent’)

Holding Deposit: 1 week’s rent
Security Deposit:  6 week’s rent. If a pet has been permitted the deposit will increase by an extra 1 week’s rent per pet

During the Occupation Contract(payable to the Agent)

Payment for the late payment of rent [£35 Inc VAT]

During the Occupation Contractif permitted and applicable
Utilities – gas (or other fuel), electricity, water and sewerage, Green Deal payments

Communications – telephone, internet and broadband

Installation of cable/satellite

Subscription to cable/satellite supplier

Television licence
Council Tax (if payable by the Contract Holder to the billing authority)
