Our fees and services

Our fees cover the cost of advertising, finding a tenant, and sorting out the inventory and agreements for you. Set up fees are payable for each new tenant we help you find, and we may also charge a renewal fee if you’re happy to renew the existing tenancy.

Fully Managed

Let us take complete care of your property. With the Fully Managed service, we’ll handle all tenant queries and conduct regular inspections and maintenance on your behalf, so you can get on with your own busy life

Set up fee: £528 (includes VAT)
Monthly commission: 14.4% (includes VAT)

Rent Collection

Enjoy stress-free letting and leave us to take care of collecting the rent on your property. We’ll make sure you’re paid on time every month, with no worries.

Set up fee: £528 (includes VAT)
Monthly commission: 12% (includes VAT)

Tenant Find

Fill your property with no hassle, as we’ll take care of finding a suitable, reliable tenant for a one-off fee.

Standard fee: 60% of first month’s rent – £500 minimum (includes VAT)

Any percentage fees shown are calculated based on the monthly rent
