Property Administrator

We are a leading nationwide sales and lettings agent in Bolton and we are part of an office network of over 90 offices across the country. We are looking to recruit a motivated and strong individual with a friendly personality to join our customer focused and proactive team based in Bolton. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage relationships between landlords and tenants
  • Registering applicants and booking viewings
  • Viewings
  • Tenant referencing & right to rent check
  • Preparing move-in documents and conducting on-site move-ins
  • Informing utilities
  • Booking inspections
  • Conducting ad hoc inspections
  • Inspection reporting to tenants and landlords
  • Processing notices
  • Booking and processing checkouts
  • Reporting from checkouts to landlords and tenants
  • Processing deposit returns, including managing deposit deductions and coordinating with landlord and tenants

Essential:

  • Must have a driving license.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Administration experience
  • IT literate
  • Customer-focused with good organisation and time management skills.
  • The successful candidate will be working with a team of property professionals from a busy town Centre office.
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm and alternate Saturdays 9am – 1pm.

Salary:

  • Full-time permanent.
  • 25 Days holiday plus Bank Holidays
  • Company pension scheme
  • £23,000-£25,000
