Hina OdedraDirector

Hina began her property journey in her teenage years following in the footsteps of her parents who had became accidental Landlords in 2008. She had started to manage some of the properties due to her keen interest in Property and more Specifically Lettings. Taking a brief hiatus during her University years but upon leaving she started her first official position as a Lettings Negotiator at an independent agency in London. Here she developed her skills and gained an extensive knowledge initially in lettings and shortly after began her Sales journey too. Whilst working Hina took on many projects outside of her employment and began her own personal journey buying properties in disrepair and managing building projects and eventually renting them out. Hina’s experience in all aspects of the industry eventually led her to acquiring Northwood Birmingham as she hopes to put her skills and expertise into building an agency who pride themselves in giving a first-class service.
