Katie has a background in travel having previously worked for an airline at Newcastle International Airport and her customer service skills have transferred in to the world of lettings perfectly. Katie shows tenants around our properties to let and helps them through the referencing process as well as compiling inventories and condition reports for the check in and carrying out inspections throughout their tenancy until they check out.
