Over the recent years, Basingstoke as a town has expanded dramatically. With a range of new housing available and new businesses opening their doors, Basingstoke is an exciting and enterprising place to live.

Festival Place has expanded its boundaries and developed the fresh ‘The Malls’ area of the town centre, Sherbourne fields is currently under construction to create more quality homes and the opening of John Lewis is eagerly awaited and has created many jobs roles for those both living in and looking to move to the area. We have also witnessed great changes to Basingstoke train station to accommodate the vast commuter footfall going through its doors every day.

With Festival Place and the majority of the town centre mostly for pedestrians only, Basingstoke is a safe and enjoyable place to go shopping, eat out and see the sights on offer.
