As well as sponsoring a hare in Clan’s The Big Hop Trail (find out more about this brilliant outdoor trail here, and meet our artist, Louise!) we’re delighted to raise money for this amazing North East charity.
Here are some of our fundraising efforts:
Garioch 10k – 14th May
Juliet, Laura and Steven are donning their trainers to run at 10k – each hoping to smash their PB times.
Lochnagar climb – 24th August
The Northwood and TaxAssist Aberdeen teams have begun squatting in preparation to climb Lochnagar. This is the first munro for many of our team!
The Beast Race – 23rd September
Juliet, Scott, Cammy, Laura and Steven are challenging themselves to the Beast Race – bring on the burn (and mud!)
The Big Hop trail – 2nd July – 3rd September
Watch this space! At the moment, the design is being kept under wraps but we can’t wait to share more with you soon.
We are hoping to raise at least £1,200 and welcome any donations you can spare. You can donate via our JustGiving page. Please give generously 💜 Thank you in advance!
About Clan Cancer Support:
Clan Cancer Support provides emotional and practical support to anyone affected by a cancer diagnosis, including the individual, their family, carers and friends.
Its services are freely offered across north-east Scotland, Moray, Orkney and Shetland and are available from pre-diagnosis and diagnosis through treatment and beyond.
Clan offers a relaxed, welcoming and caring environment at Clan House, its purpose-built support and wellbeing centre in Aberdeen, and 11 local community centres throughout the region.
The charity also operates Clan Haven, an affordable Bed and Breakfast facility adjoining Clan House, which is available to cancer patients and their friends and family who are travelling to Aberdeen hospitals for appointments or treatment.
