With the recent welcome news that the region’s commercial and residential property markets are beginning to rally, and that Aberdeen is once again bucking the trend with property prices across the UK forecast to tumble this year, Laura and her team are looking forward to an exciting and busy year with demand for rental properties outstripping supply and sales enquiries hitting record highs.
