Next up in our 15×15 challenge, giving back to charities and our commuties within our 15th year of business, we are thrilled to be helping The Denis Law Legacy Trust with their family day.
Taking place on Friday 9th August, the sensational team at The Denis Law Legacy Trust will help facilitate the day that has been expertly planned by a youth team. The aim of the charity is to reduce anti-social behaviour and youth crime through free sport, activity and creative endeavour.
Empowering local youths to become role models and leaders in their own community, they have planned a day of fun with food, games and a fundraising stall to raise money to support the Kacey Seivwright fund. This year’s theme is a touch of pink.
Scott, our Aberdeen branch manager, said, “I’m really looking forward to lending a hand at this event. I’m a big football fan and have followed The Denis Law Legacy Trust for many years – what they’re doing in the city is truly inspirational. With young kids myself, it’s great to see to see such a passionate bunch getting together to do what they love, whilst making such an impact on their wellbeing as well as the wider community. We’ll be getting stuck in with whatever comes our way!”
